Transfer helpers are our main candidates because they allow us to assess their skills, capability, and character with more accurate, more reliable and verified information, compared to candidates overseas. We have created our own network with transfer helpers in Singapore, which we follow stringent screening processes as well as skills training, making it possible to match each family’s needs.
